Staff attempted to upgrade room, sent a special present for birthday to room upon our arrival, and made every attempt to make our stay special. Good service in the restaurant as well. Hope to get back some day.

The ENTIRE staff was committed to making you feel welcome and taken care of. Every staff person, from the maids to the management, greeted you with a smile. The room was gorgeous in a very neutral, hip, urban way, with extremely comfortable beds and beautiful appointments.

I am fussy when it comes to hotels, and Hotel 1000 exceeded my expectations in every way. Gorgeous rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. LOVE the bathtub that fills from the ceiling.
