My May Trip 2009

Quality hotel, located in the business/financial district. The valet parking is expensive. The breakfast is of highest quality. The rooms are decent, not more. -Greffet Pierre , from Meudon, France - 5/29/2009

Even with my Amex Platinum card, I was not able to be upgraded. However, the front desk staff called me the next day to offer the club floor services, which was very much appreciated. I have stayed at this hotel since the day it opened, and much has been done as far as the comfort of the beds, but I hope that a remodel is coming soon, as there are signs of age starting to show, especially in the bathroom where the wallpaper is starting to peel and the showerstall was beginning to look really substandard for this property. Everything was very clean, just showing wear and tear in the "corners". -Margrit Laman , from Tucson, United States - 3/27/2009

We drove 10 miles from our home to have a perfect anniversary weekend at the Omni, after a wonderful spa treatment, we walked to fine dining and the Disney hall for a concert. We ended the evening in the very spirited hotel bar. The next morning we enjoyed an amazing breakfast at the hotel. The service overall couldn't have been better. We both felt as though we'd traveled miles to get away on our little mini vacation, but didn't have to deal with jet lag as we drove the 15 minutes back home. -Keri, from Los Angeles, United States - 6/5/2008

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, room was very nicely appointed and clean. Parking of $30.00 per night was a bit high in our opinion. -Susan Switzer , from Buena Park, United States - 2/20/2008
