Great Stay At the Swissotel Chicago

Loved this hotel! The rooms and staff were great, will stay here again. The view of Navy Pier from our room on the 27th floor was beautiful. -Christy Gipson , from Northridge, United States - 9/25/2009
Noisy Room

Unfortunately, my room was next to the elevator and I could hear it going up and down. I was so surprised that the hotel hasn't done something about this issue. The best view rooms are next to the elevator bank and that was very disappointing. However, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. A+ for customer service and resolution. -Lisa Verni, from Los Angeles, United States - 8/30/2009

Holiday in Chicago

We spent 4 nights at this lovely hotel for our 1st visit to Chicago. We were upgrade to a Lake View room and the complimentary buffet breakfast was great. The staff were helpful. Location great for all areas of the city. The only issue was that there is no train station close by, so we needed to cab to the hotel but it was only $5.00. We could walk to most areas in the Loop, Magnificent Mile and to Navy Pier. We also had a fabulous view over Lake Michigan and Navy Pier to watch the fire works. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone. -Joanne, from Heidelberg Heights, Australia - 7/18/2009

I thought that the hotel was nice and very elegant. It gave you a very intimate atmosphere. The only thing that I really didn't like was the parking situation. -Carmen Beachem , from Chicago, United States - 4/15/2009

Good hotel and location, but some confusion over the rate agreed with Perfect Escapes amenities meaning that the gym was not initially included. Meant that we did not take full advantage of the facilities. A few of the staff not as helpful as expected. -Andrew, from Marlbrook, England - 4/4/2009
