Long Check In Lines
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
When I arrived the reg. lines seemed extremely long after a busy day. The last thing you want to see is another line. Once I made my way to the counter the person helping me did not have the correct information. Kindly he moved me to the 60th floor where I looked away from the strip. Not what I had in mind. -Marc Laurence , from sonoma, United States - 2/26/2009

Service was terrible from housekeeping to registration\. Valet, spa, restaurants and food was overpriced and the quality was poor. I would not return. -Jennifer, from Naples, United States - 7/27/2008
Best Place in Las Vegas
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
We love the excellence of the Wynn, one case in particular that we can bring up is the front desk. They helped me with boarding passes the day before I was leaving, without us lifting a finger. The other occasion was the computer room where I needed to scan a legal document and re-submitted it via e-mail. All of the services you can ask for and more. We will always stay at the Wynn for all my business and for leisure. My thanks to all the your staff. -Tony Tijerina , from Long Beach , United States - 7/7/2008
Relax and Enjoy
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable hotels I have stayed at. The staff could not do enough for you and everyone had a smile. You will feel welcomed from the moment you pull up to the door to the moment you leave. It was great when we got into our car and two bottles of iced water were in the car for us. What service. -Judith Wodynski , from Nantucket, United States - 6/20/2008

The Wynn
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
Our first trip to Vegas. The Wynn was quite Beautiful. My wife and I compared the Hotel environment with every other major hotel on the strip and found the Wynn to be far superior. Cleaner, brighter, less crowded. The food at the Wing Lei was excellent.
We were a bit intimidated by the gambling at first. We saw 4 great shows If we ever come back the Wynn our encore will BE THE PLACE!!! Thanks! -Empey John, from Fredericksburg, United States - 4/1/2008
Wynn Hotel Stay
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
Some minor issues, top shelf of closet still had packaged condoms left over from some previous stay. That shouldn't happen for a hotel with those kind of credentials. The Wing Lei Restaurant was a real disappointment this time around. Last year my wife and I had the Signature 5 course Peking Dinner and it was outstanding. I raved to everyone about it. This year I had the other Signature 5 course Dinner with wine pairing and was so disappointed. $500.00 for 2 people,I could have eaten better at home for $100.00 When I mentioned my disappointment at the end it fell on deaf ears. So as a
consumer all you can do is not go there again and fill out a review like this one when asked to.

Rooms are small, pit bosses very arrogant, no amenities without exorbitant surcharges and lousy drinks in the bar. -Phyllis, from atlanta, United States - 1/31/2008
Fabulous

This hotel is breathtaking. We had an amazing corner room on the 58th floor facing the strip. The light/sound show on The Lake of Dreams is truly magical as are all aspects of this incredible resort. The food at the buffets was exceptional and there was absolutely impeccable attention to detail and outstanding costumer service in every aspect of the resort experience. -Rachel, from Warwick, United States - 11/28/2007
Key Crazy
 | | Overall rating: | | Value rating : | |
Our room wasn't ready and when it was, the key didn't work. when they solved that problem, all we wanted to do was go to the pool. our luggage was delivered 2 hours later, even though every time we called they said it is on it's way up I was beside myself since we had a major celebrity waiting for us at the VIP POOL and a private cabana. -Nancy Cassett , from Toluca Lake , United States - 10/30/2007
