The Only Place We Stay

When my husband and I travel to Las Vegas, we go first class or not at all. We have been staying at the Mirage for the past 4 years, and each time is better than the last. The last time we went was for our 22nd wedding anniversary. We had usually booked the one bedroom Tower Suite, but when we got there we were upgraded to the Penthouse. The room was beautiful, the staff was truly like family. One of the nights we were there, I put too much bubble bath crystals in the wirlpool, and the staff was wonderful they sent someone at 4am to clean it up...I was embarrassed, but she said it happens all of the time. We aren't the type that goes to the buffets to eat so I have no comment on that, but the other restaurants are wonderful, Onda being our favorite. The lobster is the best I have eaten. We have thought of staying at the Red Rock or Green Valley but we always choose the Mirage, the rooms are clean and we love it. We will be back soon. Thank you Mirage!!!

There was only a couple of problems! I was there at the Mirage in January of this year and it was very cold in the room! I think that they had the air conditioning on and not the heat! Also the shower of the water was building up! It was a slow drain but I think that it was clogged! I called to complain to the front desk about the problems but nothing was ever done for the four days and three nights that I was there!

The Mirage (using Perfect Escapes) was a perfect escape for myself and my wife. We were surrounded by beauty and respectful, caring service located in the center of the Strip with accessibility to many attractions. Superb Value!

This is our 2nd time here and my wife and I love this hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel is truly of the Vegas experience. The room we stayed in was very nice. The decor was beautiful. The cleaning of the room each day was impeccable. The Mirage is always our choice when we visit Vegas.

My Stay at the Mirage

The Mirage is a very busy place. You can get easily lost in the place. The staff was not very friendly and you could never find someone to help you. The staff at the Players Club was very rude. The rooms were nice and clean.
