Heaven in Auckland

We recently had a 2 day stay in Auckland at The Langham. This place is amazing. We felt like Royalty from the minute we walked in. We decided to upgrade to the Club Rooms and didn't regret our decision. This is really good value. The new outdoor heated pool and spa was a favorite also. I am not brave when it comes to swimming unless its quite hot however we swam in the 28 degree water and loved it even though the air temperature was only around 18 degrees. When we go to Auckland next we know exactly where we will be staying.

This is a first rate hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful or attentive, the service was second to none I've experienced. The maintenance of our room was a little disappointing (a powerpoint had actually come out of the wall, exposing the wires) but staff attended to it immediately when we let them know. On the strength of our stay at Langham Auckland, we will be staying at other Langham Hotels when available. First rate.
