Fanstically Wonderful Hotel!

From the front desk agent to the beautiful room to the amazing dinners, the service and level of opulence inside the Encore hotel were top notch. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and helpful. The food, from room service to the lounges to the high-end restaurants, was incredibly prepared and first rate quality. The thing that stands out in my mind the most is the decor, architecture, and attention to detail with every piece of furniture, wall covering, lighting, and arrangement around the hotel and casino. We truly felt like we were in Wonderland with the colors, textures, and designs everywhere! Such a treat to be able to stay at the Encore. We will definitely be back!

Encore is Not The Wynn

We were married at the Wynn in 2007 with 20 guests staying with us at the Wynn. Everyone at the Wynn was fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to celebrate every anniversary at the Wynn. This year we thought we would try the Encore since it was part of the Wynn. It did NOT measure up to the Wynn in service or accommodations. There was a terrible odor in the room and they could not get rid of it. We were offered a new room, with no assurance that that one did not also smell. The Assistant Manager was neither sympathetic or helpful. We will NEVER stay at the Encore again. Mr. Wynn will know that the Encore is certainly a step down from the Wynn. We will never go back to the Encore. We will go to the Wynn or go to another hotel entirely next year.

We loved it! We have stayed in Las Vegas before at other high-end luxury hotels but Encore was the best. Great room, fabulous amenities, wonderful pool. Switch was one of the best dining experiences we've had. The Spa was incredible and the golf experience was great. Any minor problems were resolved quickly and efficiently by the friendly staff.
