Cancellation without penalty up to 6PM one day prior to scheduled arrival. After that point, one night's room and tax will be charged. Individual rate plans may have varying cancellation policies.
$25 per-stay Perfect Escapes spa credit valid for 60-minute or longer treatments.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. There is a $120 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay. Guests must sign a waiver regarding the pet regulations at check-in. All pets receive: a personalized letter to the pet; use of a dog bed, bowls, 'dog in room' sign; pet welcome kit: treat, clean up bags, chew toy, and SLS-branded personalized ID tags.
