Outstanding hotel for comfort, service/facilities, value for money and location. The room was presented with impeccable cleanliness and very tastefully appointed. Bathroom had separate shower and bath and toilet, with all that was needed (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste etc).
All staff I engaged with provided excellent professional service and attitudes for any request that was made. Expensive to drink in the main bar (Atrium). A Singapore Sling is S$75 whereas at Raffles Hotel S$23. Location is 5 minutes (undercover) to the Marina Shopping Plaza where you can also eat at one of two food courts for around S$3.50-$6 per meal. Would stay at this hotel without a blink, it has everything I need for a comfortable, hassle free, stay and in my view is outstanding quality and the best of the four hotels I stayed at in Penang and Kuala Lumpur.

This Is A Fantastic Hotel

From the moment we walked into this hotel the service was absolutely fantastic. We stayed here for 2 nights and we booked 2 rooms. The hotel staff are extremely friendly (we have to mention Kumar- he took our luggage to our room). Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our deluxe balcony room was beautiful, very spacious and the bed super comfortable. We also had a stunning view over the Marina and the Singapore Flyer. For anyone considering staying at this hotel, I would highly recommend it. It has everything going for it. Location(the hotel is connected to 3 shopping malls), very clean, stunning views, very friendly staff, good price, beautiful pool etc. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Nicely furnished rooms, good view over the marina, excellent facilities, such as printing etc. Spectacular design of the hotel lobby, fast check in and check out. Very nice to feel pampered on the last day of our Asian holiday.

Overrated Hotel

The hotel is slightly dated and did not meet expectations after seeing other reviews and hotel photographs. Although the rooms are spacious they could do so much more with the space. After staying in a great REAL 5 star hotel in Hong Kong we couldn't help but feel let down. The service was inconsistent - really good with some people (Kumar) and mediocre at best with others. There was also no acknowledgment of our honeymoon which was a bit disappointing. We would likely not stay at this hotel again. The location was also undesirable as there was no underground trains within walking distance.

Very Pleasant Experience

My wife and I chose this hotel based on its excellent rating on tripadvisor.com and our high expectations were not disappointed. Very friendly staff, clean and luxurious rooms, very quiet even though in the middle of the city and right next door to at least one mall (we didn't have much time so there may be more malls available right next door).
