Very Nice Hotel

I stayed at the Beverly Wilshire last June and I found them to be much more friendly on the June visit than in the December visit. I enjoyed the spa services, also--not quite as friendly or accommodating as in June. An example--In June the spa provided me with a comb for after my massage and facial. This time they provided me with a razor and some toothpaste--only. I had to go up to my room with my hair sticking up. Also, last time we were upgraded for free to a very nice suite. This time we paid extra for the upgrade and the suite was not as nice as the free one last time.
Overall, though, it's a very nice hotel.

From LAX via the freeway:
* Exit the airport onto Century Boulevard – East, for 1 mile (1.6 kilometres)
* Follow signs to enter the (405) San Diego Freeway – North
* Travel north on the (405) San Diego Freeway for 9 miles (14.5 kilometres)
* Exit Wilshire Boulevard – East (to Westwood)
* Travel approximately 3 miles (4.8 kilometres) on Wilshire Boulevard
* Pass Rodeo Drive and move to the far right lane
* Turn right on El Camino Drive
* Make an immediate right through the green iron gates into the Hotel driveway for valet parking
Via surface streets:
* Exit the airport onto Century Boulevard – East, for 0.5 mile (0.8 kilometre)
* Turn left on La Cienega Boulevard – North, for 10 miles (16 kilometres)
* Turn left on Wilshire Boulevard, for 1.5 miles (2.4 kilometres)
* Turn left on El Camino Drive
* Make an immediate right through the green iron gates into the Hotel driveway for valet parking

The Hotel is pleased to offer the use of a luxury house car on a first come, first served basis; reservations are not taken. Please visit the doorman a few minutes prior to your planned departure. If the house car is not available, a taxi will be hailed immediately. Service is provided within 10 minutes or a 3-mile (4.8-kilometre) radius of the Hotel. Please ask the Concierge or doorman if you have any questions about the service area.
Chauffeur services are available, at hourly rates. All vehicles require a two-hour minimum and one-hour cancellation/change notice. Vehicles include luxury sedans; 6-, 8- and 10-passenger stretch limousines; SUVs; and passenger and cargo vans. Mini-coach and charter bus services are also available; a five-hour minimum applies. Special airport rates are available for select airports and vehicles. Arrival and departure greeters are available at an additional fee.

Early arrivals and late departures:
If your arrival is earlier than our 3 pm check-in and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the night prior to your arrival in order to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving either a day-use room (until 6 pm) or an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags for you.
Guaranteed reservations and deposits
At Four Seasons, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6 pm). If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense, and provide transportation to and from the Four Seasons Hotel as reasonable. All reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card. Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking.

Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received before 6 pm prior to the expected day of arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge for one night's room and tax.
