I came out to LA right after the New Year to look for jobs and just enjoy the city of LA. I stayed at the Renaissance hotel because it is so centrally located. I loved it! It was hip, trendy, and had so much to offer. The roof top pool had the best view of the Hollywood sign...it was like a dream come true. The hotel had everything that I needed except for a spa. But have no fear...they are building one and it is opening in March of this year (2008). It is called Spa Luce and from what I have heard it is supposed to be gorgeous!!! I was pretty bummed it was not open when I was there but I am planning a trip back because I really want to get a treatment there. I signed up for the mailing list at spaluce.com so I can receive discounts and perks before my next visit. Oh I can't wait! See you soon Renaissance :)
