Excellent Hotel

Our suite was beautiful, spotless and luxurious! However, we reserved and paid for 3 people. Reservations indicated a pull out sofa for the 3rd person. The bed in the sofa was horrible (basically a piece of material on top of box springs.) We had to pull the sofa cushions off the sofa and create a makeshift type bed to make it even somewhat comfortable. We have stayed in 3 different Four Seasons before and they provide a very comfortable roll-away with luxury linens, extra towels, etc. This hotel was beautiful and service was excellent (reservations, bell captains, room service, etc.). Excellent concierge service used to book a day trip to Catalina Island (delivered directions to room and reserved our excursions). Very highly rated hotel, except our only complaint (and major one) was the sofa bed situation. If hotel accepts reservations and charges for 3rd person, comfortable bed, linens, extra towels should all be included in a luxury 4 or 5 star hotel.
