This was our first stay at this resort. Everything went well but some times the staff could have been more helpful. Not the front desk or concierge but the restaurant staff. The staff around the pools was great.
The resort had a different feel from the smaller resort we stayed in this past March in Cancun.

Directions:
- From SJD - San Jose Del Cabo International Airport (28 Km North)
Take the highway to Cabo San Lucas. Turn right at the end of the highway (yellow sculpture) at circle. Hotel is located 10 km on the left.
Transportation:
Taxi: $60 per person
Shuttle: $20 per person.
Shuttle service can only be booked when at the airport upon arrival.
Taxi are available from hotel to downtown San Jose at a cost of $25 per person one way; to downtown San Lucas, the cost is $60 one way.
Budget car rental available on property. Valet parking available at no for our guests.

- High Season (Mid-January through May):
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a penalty. Full charge will apply in case of no-show or early departure. For cancelation within 6 days prior, 2 nights’ penalty will apply.
- Low Season (June through mid-December):
Cancellations must be made 2 days prior to scheduled arrival. If booking is cancelled within 2 days or less, 2 nights’ penalty will apply.
- Peak Season (Mid-December through first week of January):
Hotel requires a 2-nights credit card deposit at time of booking. Non-refundable balance will be debited 60 days prior to arrival.
Children under 12 years of age stay free when staying with parents, using existing bedding.
