Service was rather inconsistent in terms of quality. The room was beautiful, however, small. The outdoor pool was very dirty - dead bugs etc. -Joanne, from New Rochelle, United States - 7/21/2009

I have not stayed at that many luxury hotels but this is the best of them all as far as I can see. Such a unique combination of location, scenery, architechture, history. A castle in the mountains that is awe inspiring. And the service and hospitality! Great food too but the views from all angles is breath taking. Second time for me and didn't want to leave. -Robert Gray , from Houston, United States - 7/8/2009
